Rebecca Molleyo is a Houston based contemporary artist devoted to abstract expression. Born to an artist father, creativity surrounded her growing up.
As a professional artist, Rebecca is known for her striking works painted with fluid acrylics and inks on textured surfaces. Rebecca specializes in pour paintings – a process of layering fluid colors, creating endless possibilities. This process draws the viewer in to explore the depths and dimensions of each work. Her paintings can evoke feelings of charged energy as well as a calming peace. Rebecca’s style moves from subtle to bold while always being fluid and free.
Rebecca believes art is inspiring to create, to share, and to view. It is the inspiration she draws from all that surrounds her that is celebrated through all her work.

As a professional artist, Rebecca’s studio and gallery space is located at Winter Street Studios, one of the “centerpieces” of the newly formed Sawyer Yards in the Washington Avenue Arts District. Rebecca is known for her striking works painted with fluid acrylics and inks on textured surfaces. Rebecca specializes in pour paintings – a process of layering fluid colors, creating endless possibilities. This process draws the viewer in to explore the depths and dimensions of each work. Her paintings can evoke feelings of charged energy as well as a calming peace. Rebecca’s style moves from subtle to bold while always being fluid and free.
